6. Order Placement & Acceptance

- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not guarantee acceptance

- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation message via email or WhatsApp

- In case of cancellation by K Studioo, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
