At K Studioo, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order with love and precision. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your ethnic wear reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition — whether you are ordering from across the city or across the country.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 4–5 business days — we will notify you in such cases
- You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
- COD is available on orders up to Rs. 5,000
- A nominal COD handling fee of Rs. 50 may be applicable at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- If a COD order is returned undelivered due to customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges
Once your order is dispatched you will receive:
- A tracking number via WhatsApp or email
- The name of the courier partner handling your delivery
- A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time
You can also reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with your order number and we will provide you with a live update.
We work with trusted courier partners including:

- Blue Dart
- India Post (for remote areas)
The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and availability at the time of dispatch.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. K Studioo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address:
- The order will be returned to our warehouse
- You will be notified and given the option to re-ship at an additional charge or receive a store credit
- Prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery will be refunded after deducting the forward and return shipping cost
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and the item immediately upon opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained
