1. Our Commitment

At K Studioo, every piece is crafted and quality-checked before it reaches you. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and refunds — so you can shop with complete confidence.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

- The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

- All original tags and packaging are intact

- The item is not a sale or discounted product

- A valid order number and proof of purchase is provided


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Unstitched fabrics that have been cut or stitched

- Customized or made-to-order pieces

- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code

- Innerwear, accessories, or jewellery

- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer


4. Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges in the following cases:

- Wrong item received — different product or colour than ordered

- Wrong size delivered — if the size tag does not match what was ordered

- Manufacturing defect — stitching issues, fabric defects, or damage on arrival

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

- The item delivered was wrong or defective and an exchange is not possible

- The order was cancelled before it was shipped

Refund Method:

- Online payments — refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or colour variation due to screen display differences.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Follow these simple steps:

- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

- Share your order number and the reason for return

- Send clear photographs of the item showing the issue

- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

- If approved, we will share the return shipping address

- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed


7. Return Shipping

- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service — K Studioo is not responsible for items lost in return transit


8. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us on WhatsApp

- Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

- For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


9. Colour Disclaimer

Please note that product colours may slightly vary from what is shown on screen due to photography lighting and different screen display settings. This does not qualify as a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.
